Our New Logo :) S for Sahasraa and the standing Infinity signifies the never ending quest of Infinite Learnings... The child slides through the journey of exploration provided at Sahasraa settling down in the crescent moon kind of an ambience that we create and celebrate that "Each Child is Unique" ...The child leaves significant marks through this process making it an enriching journey for both of us .. Infinity also stands for our Infinite Ways to reach out to children - be it in through parents/teachers/schools/adults - whichever way we can be part of their lives  :) Join us in any which way you can in this beautiful journey to be with Children 

As you are aware of what's happening with us from our previous post on "Build your own country".... Children have now arrived at why Name is needed.... How having a flag is Good to try.... Now we are in the stage of "LANGUAGE"....Realized having a language is important - and arrived making a language is so so tough  :D .... They are amazed at how Gandhiji is making so many things ~ so they have decided they definitely need a Gandhiji in their country 😁 ....they are figuring out what would Gandhi be called in their country????...  :D Now they left me wondering about "The Gandhi" ....Phew !!! 🤣

Here is a conversation with two children in one of the sessions... Me : What does it take to build a country? Child 1 : Jenga...Blocks simple Me : :)....Okay....what about building a real country... Child 2: like India?....Houses Me : Ok...and what else Both of them: Taj mahal Me : Okay....Taj mahal....what else does it take to make a country Child 1 : One special Place Child 2: Yes one special place has to be there!! Me : One special place....and then anything else? Child 2 : Special Food has to be there... So the conversation went school, shops, circus, animals, chocolates and LAND & EARTH are primary they decided...we moved on... Me: Who makes all these Child 2: (in a jiffy) Gandhi!!! Child 1: In total agreement - yes Mahatma Gandhi Me : Okay...so Gandhi makes it...where is he? Child 2 : He is in Taj mahal Child 1 (looked confused but then felt friend was right) Me: Who builds all the above? Both: Builder... and Mahatma Gandhi tells buil

There are so many profound aspects that we realize are so crucial in the way we live our lives... The sad part is - most of them are never part or never inculcated in schooling.... If they become as important as our subjects taught in school - then all of us would have a far more fulfilling life and enjoy the spirit of life...
